The studios can be used for creating content for yourself or your clients. Whether it be for a family or milestone session, headshots, reel and social media curation or any other shoot you'd like to bring to life - we have the spaces open 7 days a week for any of your creative needs.

Please stick to the allotted time you receive for your rental period. All rentals are permitted 15 minutes before and after to set up and pick up, but this does not apply to your clients. Please plan accordingly and make sure everything is done within your booked time frame.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your rental is scheduled. For a 50% refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your rental is scheduled. Any cancellations that take place less than 24 hours before your rental are not given a refund.

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your rental starts. If you need to reschedule, be sure to do so within that time frame. Simply go to your login if you created an account or go to your confirmation email and click "Change/Cancel Appointment".

Our studio is full of natural light from morning to evening. Our 12 foot windows with sheer curtains provide a stunning diffused light that is perfect for any photoshoot. We also recommend booking in the late afternoon or early evening on those sunny days for golden hour shots.

Have questions or need help with anything at the studio? Both Ty and Cass are available to text or call during your rental period. Their phone numbers are listed in the information you receive upon booking, as well as on the Renter's Info Sheet at the studio.

We allow all renters to move the furniture around and create their own visual backgrounds and setups. Our prop closet is also available for use. We kindly ask that before you leave the studio at the end of your rental period, you return all pieces to their original location.
